• Our tours are designed as complete packages, and components of the itinerary cannot be separated or booked independently.

All domestic flights included in our tours are operated by trusted local carriers such as Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, AirAsia, and AirSWIFT. All flights are economy class.

Please note: International flights to and from the Philippines are not included. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to the tour’s starting location prior to the commencement of the itinerary.

We partner with premium 4- and 5-star rated properties to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay throughout your journey. Sample accommodations include:

Tour Leaders & Guides
All of our guided tours include a dedicated Tour Leader to ensure your journey runs smoothly from start to finish. On self-guided tours, there is no Tour Leader, but you’ll still benefit from experienced local Tour Guides at key destinations and activities. Both roles are here to enhance your experience and support your adventure—just in different ways.

Climate
The Philippines enjoys a tropical climate year-round, with two main seasons: dry (December to May) and wet (June to November). Expect warm temperatures ranging from 25°C to 32°C, with coastal areas like Boracay and Palawan offering plenty of sunshine, especially between January and April—our peak travel months.

Luggage
Guests are responsible for their own belongings throughout the tour. This includes carrying and transporting luggage to and from vehicles and accommodation. We recommend packing light and bringing luggage that’s easy to move around.

Tipping
Tipping in the Philippines is not expected, but it is always appreciated. Many locals are modestly paid, so even small gestures go a long way. Whether it’s a helpful driver or a kind hotel porter, feel free to tip at your own discretion. Our Tour Leaders will never expect a tip, but it’s entirely up to you if you wish to show your appreciation.

Passport Validity
All travellers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the tour’s end date. Please ensure your passport details are submitted within 45 days of your tour departure. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or cancellation.

Fitness & Mobility
Our tours are designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace. A moderate level of mobility is required, including walking short distances, navigating stairs, and boarding transport without assistance. If you have mobility concerns or special access needs, please contact us prior to booking to ensure the tour is suitable for you.

Dietary Requirements
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, but availability can vary between destinations. Please notify us of any dietary requirements in your pre-tour form, and your Tour Leader (if applicable) can assist with local restaurant recommendations along the way.

Sightseeing Adjustments
While we strive to follow the published itinerary, changes may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or unexpected closures. In such cases, a similar alternative will be provided wherever possible.

Shopping Caution
We recommend exercising caution when shopping, especially in unfamiliar markets or when using foreign currencies. Always confirm pricing and keep receipts, especially for credit card transactions. If needed, your Tour Guide or Leader can assist with translation or advice.

Australian and New Zealand passport holders do not need to apply for a visa before arriving in the Philippines for tourism purposes. A free 30-day visa is granted on arrival.

If you plan to stay in the Philippines for longer than 30 days, you’ll need to visit the local Bureau of Immigration office to apply for a visa extension.

Travellers holding passports from other countries should check with the nearest Philippine embassy or consulate to confirm entry requirements for their nationality.

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to assist you. Any voluntary changes to your booking — such as name corrections, date changes, or service modifications — may incur a fee. This fee will be calculated at the time of the request and will include any additional charges from airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

In the case of cancellations due to external circumstances (e.g. weather events or unforeseen disruptions), some supplier costs may be non-refundable. Where refunds aren’t possible, we’ll work to secure a travel credit on the best terms available and will communicate any unrecoverable amounts transparently.
