At Philippines Luxury Tours, we are committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all our guests and staff. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask all travellers to adhere to the following code of conduct during their tour.

1. Respect for Others

  • Treat fellow travellers, guides, staff, and local communities with kindness, patience, and respect.

  • Refrain from using discriminatory, abusive, or offensive language or behaviour.

  • Be mindful of cultural sensitivities and customs in the regions we visit.

2. Responsible Behaviour

  • Follow all instructions given by your tour guide or local staff, especially those relating to safety and logistics.

  • Avoid disruptive or reckless conduct that may negatively impact the experience of others or compromise group safety.

  • Consumption of alcohol must be done responsibly. The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

3. Punctuality

  • Be on time for scheduled activities, transfers, and meals to ensure smooth operations and respect the time of other guests.

4. Environmental Awareness

  • Dispose of waste properly and avoid damaging or removing any natural or cultural features at the destinations visited.

  • Conserve resources such as water and electricity wherever possible.

5. Accommodation and Property

  • Treat all accommodation and facilities with care and respect. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to property through negligence or misconduct.

6. Photography and Privacy

  • Always ask for permission before photographing people, especially in local communities.

  • Respect the privacy and personal space of fellow travellers and staff.

7. Compliance with Local Laws

  • Adhere to all local laws and regulations of the areas you are visiting.

  • Philippines Luxury Tours will not be held responsible for any legal issues incurred as a result of guest misconduct.

Violation of this Code Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in a formal warning or, in serious cases, removal from the tour without refund. This decision will be made at the discretion of the tour leader or company management.
