By ticking the optional checkbox on the Guest Information Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photo and video consent:

1. Voluntary Participation
   You understand that providing consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of joining or participating in a Philippines Luxury Tours experience.

2. Permission to Capture
   If you provide consent, you grant Philippines Luxury Tours permission to capture your image, likeness, and/or voice in photographs, video recordings, and other digital media taken during the tour.

3. Usage of Media
   You consent to the use of such media in promotional materials including, but not limited to, social media, website content, brochures, and advertisements.

4. No Compensation
   You acknowledge that you will not receive any financial compensation for the use of media in which you appear, and that all rights to such content will be owned by Philippines Luxury Tours.

5. Respecting Privacy
   We respect our guests' privacy. If at any time during the tour you change your mind and do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform your tour leader or photographer, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Group Media
   You understand that you may appear incidentally in group photos or background footage even without explicitly providing consent. We will not use such media in a way that highlights or identifies you individually without your permission.
