Liability Waiver

By participating in a tour organised by Philippines Luxury Tours, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Voluntary Participation
    I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a tour that may involve travel by vehicle, boat, or foot, and may include physical activities, exposure to natural elements, and other risks.

  2. Assumption of Risk
    I acknowledge that participation in the tour carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accident, property loss, and unforeseen events caused by weather, transportation delays, or third-party providers. I accept full responsibility for any risk, injury, or damage that may arise from my participation.

  3. Third-Party Services
    I understand that some parts of the tour may be provided by third-party operators (e.g., airlines, transport companies, hotels, excursion providers). Philippines Luxury Tours acts solely as a booking agent for these services and does not accept liability for their acts, omissions, or service quality.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release Philippines Luxury Tours, its employees, directors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including those arising from negligence, that may arise from participation in the tour.

  5. Medical Condition and Insurance
    I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this tour. I acknowledge that travel insurance is recommended and it is my responsibility to obtain appropriate cover for medical, personal liability, and travel-related incidents.

  6. Obligation to Follow Instructions
    I agree to follow the instructions and safety guidelines of tour staff, guides, and local authorities. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the tour at my own expense.

  7. Governing Law
    This waiver is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
